A visiting student is a student of an Australian or overseas institution who arranges to visit UQ with the intention of contributing to or sharing research knowledge, by way of collaborative involvement in a research project.

A visiting student appointment is an unpaid appointment as the visit is usually self-funded.

The School of Psychology typically does not meet visiting student’s expenses.

Please refer to the information kit to see what type of visiting student category your visit corresponds to.
