Research

The UQ School of Psychology is recognised globally for its high-quality research.

In 2015, the Federal Government’s Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) assessment awarded us the highest possible ranking of 5 – well above world standard. With over 50 full-time academic staff, our expertise spans widely across several sub-disciplines, including clinical, health, biological, cognitive, developmental, organisational, evolutionary, and social psychology. Our world-class research centres also engage with industry and community partners to ensure the work we do addresses relevant questions and positively impacts society.
