There are many ways you can help make our School even greater. We encourage you to get in touch and let us know you are interested in lending a hand. Below are a few ideas for how you can give back to UQ Psychology.

Pay it forward

Any donation, big or small, is deeply appreciated by the School of Psychology, as it contributes to our ability to conduct cutting-edge research, offer world-class teaching, and continue supporting the local community.

Current UQ Psychology initiatives include:

  • New Psychology Clinic
Our Psychology Clinic has provided affordable, high-quality therapy and assessment services to the local community for over 25 years. We are excited to announce that the clinic has recently undergone a relocation, upgrade and expansion.
  • Triple P - Positive Parenting Program
Over the last 25 years, our world-renowned Triple P program has given parents simple and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships with their children. Learn about how Triple P is helping to change the world
  • Scholarships for Financially Disadvantaged, Remote or Indigenous Students
Our aspiration is that no student of outstanding quality with the desire to study psychology should be inhibited from attending UQ by reasons of funding. One of the major hurdles for financially-disadvantaged students is the cost of living while undertaking a full-time degree. Many students attempt to juggle significant paid work commitments alongside full-time enrolment with the consequence that they might not be able to complete their degree or suffer financial hardship. Equally, the cost of living in Brisbane or in a College represents a significant burden for some students. Your gift will open doors to lifelong success for our students and enable ground-breaking research and discovery in dentistry. A gift of any size has real impact.

If you would like to make a donation of any size to the School of Psychology, you can do so here. Note: below the gift amount, please select ‘Choose a Giving Destination’ and find ‘School of Psychology’ in the drop down menu.

We thank you kindly for your support!
